Starting in May… Tomorrow… I will get fit. Not necessarily a healthy weight, but the right kind of weight. The posts from fitness blogs have inspired me. I AM a runner, but not much else. This month (and summer) I need to work on flexibility and strength as well. I never stretch or really workout. Tonight I will make out a workout plan for the month. I just need to think of it as a necessity to get ready for my marathon in like 7.5 weeks (I think). Now anyone following me may get the complaints AND triumphs of me in strength workout mode… Which has never really occurred before. Best of luck to everyone that made May goals!!
